FAQ
Purchasing patterns on Patreon
How do I pay for the pattern?
Patreon accepts all major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as PayPal.
Just click on "Buy now" on pattern's page and fill out the form.
Is Patreon safe?
Yes. Their payment is secured by SSL with 128-bit encryption and processed with PCI Compliant service providers. Find out more here.
How long will it take for my pattern to arrive?
You're going to receive it immediately after the purchase by e-mail or you can find it in your Patreon account.
Supporting on Patreon
What is Patreon?
Patreon is a way to support your favorite creators and pay them for the making the content you love. You can pay what you want on a monthly basis, helping the creator to get paid regularly and becoming a patron of the arts.
How can I get your patterns on Patreon?
There are three different tiers on Patreon:
- Apprentice tier will get you access to my most popular pattern from last month
- with the Seamstress and Patron of the arts tier you can receive all of the patterns I make every month
You can learn more about it here.
When I will be charged?
You pay up front to start your membership. Your membership then renews on the first of each month and you pay your pledged amount in full unless canceled. If you’re very near the end of the month, it might be worth waiting until the first of the month (PST) to join, since you’ll be charged when joining and the first of the month regardless of your join date/time.
Can I cancel or change my tier?
Yes! At any time, you can change your tier or cancel so there's no pressure if you change your mind or can no longer afford it.
Digital patterns
Are paper version of your patterns available?
Sorry, but right at the moment I'm only selling digital patterns.
How does a digital download PDF pattern work?
When you buy my pattern a download link is sent straight to your email.
You download the file, unzip it, open the PDFs, choose which sizes/views you want, print them out, assemble them, and can be sewing straight away, without having to wait for a pattern to arrive.
I've downloaded the file, but can't figure out how to open it.
The pattern is in a zip file and in order to see its files, you'll need to unzip it. Here's how you can do it - https://www.businessinsider.com/how-to-unzip-files
I've unzipped the files, but can't get them to open. What do I do?
You will need a PDF reader application such as Adobe Reader (free) to open and print the file.
What size paper should I print the pattern on?
Every one of my patterns includes PDF files for both A4 & US Letter size. Bigger patterns also have copyshop version that prints on large size A0 paper, so you don’t have to tape the pattern together.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Sorry, returns are not available on digital downloads.
