This is a PDF pattern for 1860s corset, adapted from a 1860 pattern for "light French stays". It is rather short, as it was customary for the period, but it makes corset a lot more comfortable. The pattern consists of 6 six panels without gussets.

- tightly woven fabric up to 1 yard (1m)
- matching threads
- synthetic whalebone - 6,7 yards (6,2 m)
- grommets/eyelets - 26 pieces
- busk - 12” (30cm) length
- 1” (2,5cm) wide grosgrain ribbon - 2 feet (60cm)
- cord for the back lacing - 4-5 yards (4-5m)
- lace for the corset top - 1,1 yards (1m)
