Please take note that hoop skirt pattern is not included, you need to buy it separately.This is a PDF pattern for 1860s petticoat, based on the antique petticoat from 1862. This pattern includes three different petticoat sizes, and can be done with or without tucks on the bottom.
This petticoat will help you to get a smooth silhouette and will be a great addition to your Victorian wardrobe. It fits best with those three hoop skirts: but can also be modified to fit other hoop skirts and cage crinolines.

- 3-5 yards (2.5-4.5m) of cotton fabric depending on petticoat size and fabric width

- ½” bias tape - ½ yard (0,5 meters)
