This is a PDF pattern for 1860s crinoline with 120" (304cm) circumference that will become an essential part of your Victorian wardrobe. This version could be used for a day dress or for more formal attire. Pattern also includes a bum pad that supports the back of the hoop skirt and helps to make the front flatter.
